Another Journal Page

Roc's Page
5 1/2" x 4 1/2"
(Click on the butterfly to see the details.)

If you've been following my posts, you know that I've been involved in a "Teesha-Style" round robin. I recently completed a page for Cathy (You can find it here.), and this page was created for Roc.

When a new journal arrives in the mail, it feels like Christmas! I can't wait to open the package to see and savor its contents. Being involved with the other artists on this project is inspiring and is making me a better artist in the process.

May you have an artful day!

Credits: Thank you to Norma Frances for the border, to Julia - Ceremony - for the heart, and to St. Mary Gypsy - Flickr sharing group - for the image of the child (which was extracted from a postcard and altered). Remaining images from assorted Crowabout sheets, Dover and the public domain.

I wonder if Teesha Moore considered how much she would inspire people to turn her technique into their own style when she first posted it on YouTube awhile back. Your art may be Teesha inspired, but it simply screams Terri. I really love the little butterfly at the bottom. Don't ask why, but it caught my eye the first thing and I couldn't stop looking at it. Really love this page.

Oh Terri.... I'm speachless... Let me just catch my breath, cause this is absolutely breath taking!! Your page is sooo beautiful, I just had to sit and watch it for a long while to try and take it all in... You know how much I love your style and like bleubeard and Elizabeth says, this might be inspired by Teesha but it's definately your own style that makes this pop and jump off the page. You've made an already gorgeous image even more wonderful and the surrondings are heavenly!! I'm congratulating the receiver and you, wonderful artist you, I give you a big applause and bravo's and thanks a million for sharing!!

I'm inspired !!
Hugs, thanks and smiles,

I am running out of superlatives! Terri, your artwork is so exquisite and perfect in every way. I agree with Linda (Liveart) that it requires time to take in all the scrumptious, fine details, and to enjoy them.

I hope you are doing well:)This is an official invite from Lynne and I we would love for you to be on our design team for our Moonlight Journey site.

We both so love your artwork and feel you could offer so much to our site.

We understand you may have time constrants and understand if you are unable to do this.

We just love your artwork so darn much and wanted to share it with our customers!

Plus help you get your name out there a bit more:)

This would entail making a few pieces of artwork each month with our collage sheets which you will receive Free from us.

To start you will be able to pick 2-4 sheets digital packs anything really off of the site. You can create any kind of artwork even digital all that we ask is that you make the main focus of the piece one of our images.

If you would like to be on the team I will need a small bio from you and a picture to place on the site along with the links to your blogs and any other links we can place on your page like etsy ect.

If you accept I will pass all of the information on to Lynne and I will get you the design team guidlines and logo for your blog.

I thought you might like to see one of the sweet ladies you would be creating with. Here is the link to her page. It is not public yet we want all of our design team members to post at the same time.

I hope you can work this in to your schedule but understand if you can not.

Sending a Hug and wishes for Happy creating!

Your journal page is just gorgeous! I am just blown away by how beautiful it is. It doesn't "read" as a Teesha page, which is a very high compliment (I love Teesha btw) and by that I mean that you have taken what you have learned them and made it into your own style. Thank you for stopping by my blog. I really appreciate your kind words and support!
