Sunday Postcard Art

"The Best"
4"x6" Postcard

It's been quite a while since I've participated in one of my favorite challenges, "Sunday Postcard Art". When Mandy asked me to be this week's guest, I was thrilled and honored. My choice of theme this week was "Hats 'n Crowns". It's always a pleasure to play with old friends!

Wishing you a day filled with old friends and smiles!
Credits: Thanks to Tumble Fish Studio-Etsy for the very manly man, his crown, belt buckle and beautiful wings. Special thanks to Sharon for the beautiful scrap butterflies!

Really cute. Usually we think of butterflies as feminine but in this case, we have a masculine weight lifter! You are funny!

Please don't vote me off the island (or whatever it is they do). I've been so busy I've not been to ANY of my favorite blogs in days. I simply had to stop before walking out the door this morning.

Real men eat quiche and wear chocolate hats! This manly man couldn't be more colorful and well put together if he tried. I am so intrigued by all the tiny bits that make up this guy. I could look it at for days!

Beautiful work Terri - and he makes me giggle - for some reason - I think he's a rough and tough cream puff! Hope you're feeling better!

Sue@MyArtsDesire said...

Oh Terri! Look at all the beautiful detail in his butterfly wings...love,love,love those! For sure he is indeed a manly man, but the "chocolate" in his crown tells me he isn't as tough as he looks! And his shoes are actually all the fashion rage right now which just proves there's more to his manly man image than he's letting on! Another wonderful piece, Terri. Xo, Sue

I don't want to meet a man like that at night on the streets... not even if he wears a crown! But still I find it a cute card!
