March Journal Page

March
Calendar Journal Page
(Click on a butterfly to see the details!)

The first day of Spring is expected in just a few weeks, and it can't come soon enough. It's been a terrible Winter, but the snow is finally melting, the buds on the trees are beginning to swell, and my hopes are high that Spring weather will be here soon. I love watching my crocuses and daffodils as they make their progress through the earth. And, I can't wait to see my first robin . . . always a welcome sign of Spring. Hmmm . . . I wonder if Zetti eggs really do exist?!?

If you'd like to see more calendar pages, a visit to Kate Crane's blog, TheKathrynWheel, is a must. Kate has posted links to many participating artists at the bottom of her February 28th post. (You can go there if you click here.)

May your day be blessed with joy!
Credits: Thanks to Norma Frances-Flickr for the border, to Tumble Fish Studio-Etsy for the word 'happy', to Dover Publications for the butterflies and bird, and to Land of Nod for the little dog, and to Hollywood Studio-Deviant Scrap for the bird's hat.

Very appropriate colour for March dear - it just had to be green! I soooo hope for nice weather around here too! The sky is blue, the sun is shining but it is still freezing cold... aargghhh. But at least my purple crocusses are in bloom. That's something to hold on to... Spring WILL be here!

Absolutely glorious page Terri - So full of vibrancy - I love how your pages just ooze colour.

Here in UK thankfully no snow although it has been bitterly cold, very sunny but oh so cold- we seem to have had the bulk of snow prior to Christmas.

Looking forward to discarding my boots and wearing some sandles - albeit probably only for a week or two LOL .

Another grand calendar page Terri. St. Pat's day is just around the corner and to me, that is always the first signal that it won't be long until spring reaches the Roanoke Valley. I know your winter has been a lot worse than ours this year. Keep creating butterflies and flowers and it will be here before we know it.
